These sessions will cover various topics\, including nutrition\, bike maintenance\, and mental preparation\, providing you with a well-rounded education to enhance your overall cycling experience. \nThe culmination of your hard work and dedication will be celebrated at the grand finale of our training program – a 100-mile all-women gravel century ride on Saturday\, May 11th\, coinciding with Mother’s Day weekend. This event is not just a ride; it’s a celebration of your achievements and the community of strong\, empowered women you’ve become a part of. \nOur mission is to provide you with the tools and resources necessary to explore and conquer your gravel endurance goals.
