This annual event will bring leaders from across the \ncountry together to share ideas and best practices to start and grow bicycling events and tours of all sizes \nand promote cycling destinations and tourism. \n  \nWho: Bicycling Event Directors\, multi-day Tour Operators\, Local and State Tourism and Destination \nManagement Leaders and cycling enthusiasts. \nWhat: 3 days of informative discussions\, networking and idea sharing focused on strategies for \nsuccessful events\, rides and tours. The event will also feature a day of rides and experiences in \nBentonville\, Arkansas\, a thriving city that has emerged in recent years as a leading cycling destination. \nWhere: All meetings\, events and rides will take place in the heart of Bentonville\, Arkansas. \nWhen: The Summit will take place on October 16-17 with rides and tours on the 18th. Additionally\, this \nevent will be timed to occur during Big Sugar Classic presented by Life Time with events taking place \nprior to and following the Summit. \nHistory: While this will be the first Cycling Experience Summit\, many of the attendees have been \ninvolved in the Bicycle Tour Network and the National Bicycle Tourism Conference that took place \nannually prior to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
