DESCRIPTION:Choice of 8 hour or 5 days races. \n\n\nA professional\, AR World Series\, expedition adventure race course set in the stunning Ozark Mountains \n\n\nA fully supported event – no support crews required.  Bikes and equipment boxes will be moved by our logistics team to race transitions managed by race volunteers \n\n\nA spacious and well-equipped race HQ in Bentonville (bag storage will be possible during the race) \n\n\nTwo nights’ accommodation prior to the race\, and one or two nights at the finish (depending on finish time) \n\n\nAirport transfers – Fayetteville Northwest Arkansas (XNA) is an 8 mile/5 km trip (Dallas Airport (5.5 hours) will be arranged if there is demand) \n\n\nA post-race festival and awards ceremony with the community in Bentonville\, including food\, music and other festivities \n\n\nTwo sets of race maps per team (waterproof) \n\n\nAny equipment required for activities and ‘surprise challenges’.  (everything except pack rafts and gear boxes included) \n\n\nSupport from our race safety and medical team \n\n\nCustom designed Expedition Ozark race bibs (yours to keep) \n\n\nRace garments and swag (shirts\, buffs\, local products etc) \n\n\nFinisher gift \n\n\nLive online tracking\, professional photography\, video and extensive media coverage for friends\, family and sponsors to follow (photos will be freely available to teams after the race) \n\n\n$20\,000 in prize money \n\n\nThe winning team receives a free entry to the 2023 race \n\n\nA fair and competitive event\, adopting ARWS rules and refereeing standards

The duathlon is a USA Triathlon sanctioned event that consists of a 3 mile run\, 18 mile bike and 3 mile run.  The run courses are flat and fast!  The bike course is a out and back on scenic Hwy 71.  The finish is located just inside the gate of the Arkansas Air and Military Museum\, under the tail section of the C-130 H Hercules!  This course is geared to people looking for a challenge\, but is not too hilly for an early season test.  A great first time event for an individual or team or a great way to kickoff the race season for the seasoned athlete.
