Whether you’re a seasoned runner or a first-time participant\, this event promises an adventure like no other. Secure your spot\, lace up your shoes\, and get ready to run through time at the Time Travel 5K\, 10K\, and Half Marathon.\nLet the dino-mania begin!\nThis is a fun\, family event for all ages with all distances!\n\n\nHalf Marathon registration includes a custom bib\, super soft tee\, awesome finisher medal\, and 13.1 pin!\n\n\n10k registration includes a custom bib\, super soft tee\, and an awesome finisher medal!\n\n\n5k registration includes a custom bib\, a super soft tee\, and an awesome finisher medal!\n\n\n1-mile registration is untimed and includes a custom bib\, super soft tee\, and challenge pin!\n\n\nThe kid’s dash is a fun\, untimed dash for our kiddos ages 10 and under. Registration includes a mini bib\, youth-sized t-shirt\, and kid’s dash pin! (If your child wants to run the kid’s dash\, and doesn’t want the SWAG\, they are welcome to run with us on race day for free!)\n\n\nStick around after your run for our dino-mite after-party and see how all our race partners can aid you in your New Year’s resolutions!     \n\n\n\n\n\n\nSWAG\n\n \nRunning just for the bling\, or the shirt? We work hard to create fun courses to run by partnering with local parks. This allows us to minimize our impact on the local community\, from residents to businesses and even police. We do things a little differently so we can tailor our races to everyone that wants to come 🙂 Whether you are an avid runner or just starting out\, you belong at Bodies Race Company!\n\n\n\n\n\nVolunteer with us\n\n \nSign up under the “VOLUNTEER” tab on the top menu. Course Monitor and Aid Station volunteers earn an event shirt and a FREE race entry to a future event to use for yourself or to gift to someone else! Volunteer for a half marathon and earn TWO free race entries for a future event! \nCourse Monitors help maintain a safe course by redirecting traffic away from participants and guiding participants in the right direction. Feel free to bring pom-poms\, horns\, music\, instruments\, signs\, etc. to encourage and cheer on runners. Bonus for creative costumes! \nAid Station volunteers provide water to participants as they pass. Keep the course clean for runners by picking up discarded cups\, bottles\, and trash and place it in the provided trash bins. Please feel free to bring pom poms\, signs\, horns\, music\, etc to cheer on participants. Bonus for great costumes! \nVolunteers arrive at the event 1 hour before start time and check in at the registration tent.

DESCRIPTION:Race hosted by the River Valley Runners\n•Kicks off the 2024 Grand Prix Season!\n•Run on a standard 400 meter track\n•Grand Prix Championship Event\n•Two separate heats to decrease track congestion\n\n\nDay of race registration: $35.00\n\nChili and all the fixin’s will be provided\n\nThe first One Hour Track Run was held in 1983 as part of Grand Prix II. This run took place in Russellville at the Arkansas Tech University track. The One Hour Track Run was eliminated after one year as the Grand Prix was trimmed to a core of four races for most of the 1980’s. Later incarnations of a One Hour Track Run were located in El Dorado and later Camden\, Arkansas\, and were a Grand Prix staple in the 1990’s. After 1998\, the One Hour Track Run ceased to be run until the Long Distance Running Committee decided to revive it as part of the 25th Running of the Grand Prix in 2006. Fittingly\, the One Hour Track Run returned to Russellville for Grand Prix XXV\, and was held at the Russellville High School Track. \nThe course is a standard\, 400 meter track. Very Flat!
