SUMMARY:RussVegas Half Marathon
DESCRIPTION:RussVegas Half Marathon is more than just a PR fast course covering 13.1 miles in Russellville\, AR\, it’s an opportunity to help those we love by supporting local charities throughout the Arkansas River Valley. It is a community where more than 300 volunteers and local business’s pull out the red carpet for participants and family. Finally\, it is a festival\, this year we are continuing our Friday Night events to include a kids mile\, 5k Glow Run\, bands\, food\, and an expo. Whether you are looking for your best time\, a fun time\, or just a little down time — we look forward to showing you everything the RussVegas Half has to offer.

We would also like to thank our presenting sponsor for this year’s race\, Conway Regional Health Systems! \nWe are also happy to announce that this year’s race has been designated as a Grand Prix Race by the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA)! \nThe Tad Pole Trot\, Presented by Centennial Bank will take place May 5th at 5:45 pm at the Conway High School track.  This will be a short race and is for kids ages 3-10 years old.  Prizes and t-shirts are available! \nThe Toad Suck Daze 10K Race was started by the Conway Kiwanis Club in 1982 and run in conjunction with the then-new Toad Suck Daze Festival. Since its inception\, the run has contributed over $450\,000 to support local non-profits\, and the Run strives to increase its contributions to the Faulkner County community each year. \nOnline registration will be cut off Thursday\, May 4th at 11:59 pm.  Runners can still register for the race by filling out paper registration forms at: \n-Conway Regional Fitness Center\, May 5\, 2023 – 12 pm – 6 pm \n-Day of Race\, Registration table Conway High School Field House – 6:30 am – 7:30 am \nHope to see you all there!

SUMMARY:18th Annual War Eagle Trail Running Festival
DESCRIPTION:The Hobbs War Eagle Trail Running Festival began back in 2006 as a 10 mile trail race with a couple dozen participants. During the first few years the event was known as the Hobbs Tail Twister benefiting the Rogers Lions Club. We are grateful for the continued support from our runners and are proud of having donated more than $100\,000 to the Rogers Lions Club and the Friends of Hobbs. Each year we strive to make it just a little better than the year before. The trails at Hobbs are among the most “runnable” in NW Arkansas. Not too technical or steep. Perfect for first time trail racers or veterans wanting to cover the trails as fast as possible. We love Hobbs\, love our event and love our runners. We encourage you to come out and join us for some fun at Hobbs SP.
