SUMMARY:Endure the Dirt 5k Cancer Mud Run @ Mack's Prairie Wings
DESCRIPTION:We have so many options for you to participate this year ! \nYou can decide to run VIRTUAL or join us to ENDURE THE DIRT and get DIRTY!\nENDURE THE DIRT 5K MACKS PRAIRIE WINGS STUTTGART ARKANSAS\nBeginners to elite athletes are welcome to participate in the fourth ENDURE THE DIRT adventure race that’s mission is to raise money to motivate\, encourage\, and educate cancer patients and their caregivers. \nENDURE THE DIRT is a 5K mud run that consists of obstacles that are engineered to test your strength and tackle your fears. Located on the flat land of Stuttgart surrounding Mack’s Prairie Wings\, this course is designed for a healthy individual to understand what a cancer patient endures daily. Fellow participants will be there to give you a boost and help you conquer each task\, just as the cancer patient has their caregivers to help them tackle cancer. \nNOW WE SPRINT VIRTUAL CHALLENGE 50 MILES OR MORE   (JANUARY 1st 2022)\nMarc Stringer started his cancer regimen with 25 radiation treatments and 5 chemotherapy treatments.  This wasn’t the end.  After his esophagectomy\, he continued with chemotherapy treatments for 3 years.  We can’t even begin to count how many rounds he received some being 2 types of drugs some being 3. \nThis is what many cancer patients have to ENDURE\, rounds\, and rounds of treatment.  These treatments can bring side effects that are undesirable.  They can literally make you so sick all you want to do is stay in bed. \nThe NOW WE SPRINT VIRTUAL 50 MILE OR MORE RUN begins January 1ST\, 2022.\nWhy in January?  Because of the weather.  Cancer patients have to deal with extreme circumstances just like you may have to deal with extreme weather.  We want you to be uncomfortable\, just like cancer patients are uncomfortable every day while battling the dreaded disease. \nThe Virtual race is also a great way to get ready for Endure the Dirt. Enter your miles by Feb 28\, 2022. \nTHE RETURN of the Mini Mudder \nThis year we are bringing back the popular Mini Mudder. This is a great way for kids who may be too small for our obstacles on the main course to still get down and dirty for cancer.

SUMMARY:Northwoods Enduro
DESCRIPTION:The Southern Enduro Tour (SET) visits Texas\, Arkansas and Oklahoma offering the best variety of terrain in the mid-west and creating a regional championship that is both challenging and fun for any mountain biker that is seeking a premium race experience. At the season finale the SET will crown competitors as the best all-around Enduro Racers! \nFull details about SET and the other races in the tour can be found at https://www.southernendurotour.com/ \nThe fourth round of the 2023 SET will be at Northwoods Trails in Hot Springs\, Arkansas! \nThe race is rated | Skill-7 | Fitness-8 | Gnar-7 \nThis is a one day event with up to 7 stages on Sunday. \nA one day event means there will be racing on race day (Sunday in this case) only and most pre-riding will be done on the Friday prior and after the Wildcat Marathon race on Saturday.  All Racers\, regardless of age or category will race the same course and stages.  There will B line options for more difficult areas – or walk anything you do not feel comfortable riding. Stages must be completed in order\, and only one time\, unless otherwise noted. \nTo keep our production quality high there will be a cap on the number of Racers.  Once that number has been reached registration will be closed.  If it is at least three days prior to the race a Wait List will be created (see Wait List section).  Plan accordingly and register as soon as possible so you do not miss out. \nWe will also offer a “Just Ride” category where participants can ride the enduro courses on Friday & Saturday after the Wildcat Marathon is over.  Just Ride participants cannot be on the course during the Enduro race. This is an untimed category and is not required if you are registered to do the timed Enduro race.  Event Swag & Post Race Meal included in Just Ride – no raffle ticket.  You can register via BikeReg.
