There’s fishing\, swimming\, a rope swing\, and playground at the venue. \nOverview\nThis is a timed event with a twist. \nAt 7am\, all runners start a 4.1667 mile lap. All runners have 59 minutes and 59 seconds to finish the lap.\nAt 8am\, all runners start lap #2…. and so forth. \nOn lap #6\, all 6 Hour runners will be racing for time. DESCRIPTION:Rescheduled from April 5th. \nPlease note:  You do NOT need a USA Cycling license to register for this event. \nJune 14\, 2025 we’ll gather together at Hazel Valley Ranch in Fayetteville\, Arkansas and head out for some beautiful miles on NWA gravel.  Expect routes of 45 and 64 miles in the Ozark National Forest.  Afterwards we’ll convene back together at the ranch for Bike Rack Brewery beer and food with stories shared by the fire. \n*If you’re camping Friday and Saturday nights its BYO food and drink those evenings.  Bring a picnic blanket and anything you need to complete your weekend at the ranch. \nThis will be a timed event.  Podiums at the after party! \nTwo routes to choose from: \nHAVE MERCY ON ME:  63.3 miles + 5\,933 ft of elevation gain \nOR \nTHIS AIN’T EASY:  44.52 miles + 3\,538 ft of elevation gain \nPlease note:  The courses will NOT be marked.  You MUST have a GPS computer or directions written down to navigate. \nAid Stations:  The Meteor Cafe\, Rider Up and a couple locals (southern hospitality at its finest!) will head up aid stations on course.  SAG vehicles will be available thanks to 37 North Expeditions and Experience Fayetteville\, however use this as your last resort as its a very slow response time due to the course and location of the event. \nNo cancellations or deferrals but you can transfer or change your category by midnight of June 11th\, 2025. \nYou can change your category or transfer your registration to another rider by following these BikeReg directions:   \nHow to Transfer your Registration to Someone Else \nHow To Change The Category You Registered For \nHow to Remove yourself from a Waitlist \nCamping at the ranch: \nAll proceeds for camping will be given to the ranch owners as our thank you for allowing all of us to enjoy their private property.  Camping fee is for Friday and Saturday nights (no different if you only stay one of those nights.) DESCRIPTION:Please join host the Ozark Off-Road Cyclists for the Annual Battle For Townsends Ridge XC Race at Hobbs State Park! This race is part of the AMBCS series. \nKids Race Free (Juniors 14 & under)! The OORC has waived all Junior registration fees for the race in a continued effort to make mountain biking more accessible for our youth. Parent Note – Kids 13 and under are allowed to get a FREE yearly license or will need to hold a one-day or annual USAC license for insurance/liability and those may be purchased in the pre-registration process for just $15 (one day). AMBCS waives the  hard plate fee as well. \nThere is NO on-site registration available. \nAll racers are asked to enter the State Park down Piney Rd. (paved) and follow arrows to the event grounds located at the parking lot along Townsends Ridge Rd. NOTE: Townsends Ridge Rd from Hwy. 12 will be closed to auto traffic the morning of the event. \nRiders need to check in at registration\, but your wait-time should be minimum. If this is your first race of the season you will need to purchase an AMBCS hard plate for $25. \nPlease remember that there is a very good chance that the person or persons assisting you on race day are volunteers and have donated their time. It’s not a race—just a great way to celebrate movement\, community\, and coffee. \nThis year\, we are excited to partner with The Spark Foundation\, a local non-profit supporting inclusive access to play and recreation for our local school programs. ALL proceeds will benefit The Spark Foundation. \nCome for the espresso. SUMMARY:Mosaic Templars Cultural Center's Juneteenth 5K
DESCRIPTION:The 4th Annual Juneteenth 5K run/walk is an opportunity for participants to support the mission of the Mosaic Templars Cultural Center as well as to see many of the city’s African American historical sites including Arkansas Baptist College\, Little Rock Central High School and Philander Smith College. Runners will also pass the home of Mifflin Gibbs\, first elected black judge in the country and among other sites. Finish your day of celebrating freedom by joining MTCC for our annual Juneteenth celebration on historic West 9th Street.

DESCRIPTION:The Rat Race was started in honor of US Navy SEAL Tom Ratzlaff of Green Forest\, AR. This event remembers the 31 heroes lost on 8-6-2011 during Extortion 17. \nRace will start and end at Green Forest School in Green Forest\, Arkansas. \nRunners must check in from 7:00am to 7:45 A.M. Opening Ceremony at 7:45. Race will start at 8:06 A.M. \nAlthough this is a 5k\, if running is not your thing\, you are more than welcome to complete the race at any pace comfortable to you. For the competitive runners\, Awards to the Top 3 Male and Females. Certificates to the following age groups: 1-14\, 15-19\, 20-24\, 25-29\, 30-39\, 40-49\, 50-59\, 60-69\, 70 and up. \nCost is $30.00 per entry. \nSign up a team of 4 or more and receive a $10 discount on your registration. \nProceeds from this race will benefit the Ratzlaff Memorial Scholarship Fund and the Good Grief Programs in area schools. \nThis is a fund raiser for a non-profit organization\, no refunds will be given for cancelation due to weather.
