Not riding? No worries! You can buy a ticket to the after party and join in on the festivities by being a virtual rider. \nSAG and Aid Stations will be available on each route. \n***Riders must wear bib numbers (supplied with registration) to obtain food and access to certain areas of the route. Medical support will be available; however\, medical personnel will not be dispensing comfort medications such as: aspirin\, ibuprofen\, Tylenol. Participants are asked to bring their own comfort medications as needed. \nHelmets are required for ALL riders regardless of the route you ride or your age. \nPlease download and save the route you plan to ride!!! All the routes will be well marked but it always helps to have the route on your bike computer! All routes are below. \nFull Tour de Salvation\nIf you plan to ride the Full Tour route\, you have the option to bring two different bikes. Many riders will ride the road route with a road bike (or gravel bike) and then switch to their mountain bike (MTB). Or you can complete the entire ride on your MTB!  If you plan to switch bikes\, remember to bring the shoes you need for each bike! You will need to “check in” your mountain bike and MTB shoes by 6:45 am on the day of the event. Your MTB will be shuttled to the switch point. Once you switch bikes at the trail\, you will leave your road bike at the switch point and it will be shuttled back to the start point. After completing the moutain bike trail ride at the Pullman Trailhead\, you will simply ride your MTB on the road for 2.5 miles back through downtown (bathhouse row) to the Farmer’s Market.\nStrava route: https://www.strava.com/routes/3000166842786046114 \n  \nRoad Routes \n100 km Road Tour Route: https://strava.app.link/5sXuXp1Mlwb  200 ft of light gravel on this route! \nHilly Road Tour Route- Strava route:  https://strava.app.link/N2mlm0BPvwb \nEast Road Tour Route- Strava route: https://strava.app.link/qjlly3jPvwb \n  \nMTB Routes \n24-mile MTB Tour Route: https://strava.app.link/3PyMWKALlwb \n17-mile MTB Tour Route: https://strava.app.link/Hy0iAvFLlwb \n  \nFamily Route \nFamily Fun Route- Strava route: https://strava.app.link/XVQKTGXMlwb \n  \nIf you are not riding the Full Tour\, you will complete your routes on one bike.\nTypically riders will complete a road route on a road bike.\nLikewise\, riders will complete a MTB route on a mountain bike. \n  \nThis is a charity event benefiting the Salvation Army Pathway of Hope.  In the event there is inclement (lightening/unsafe) weather or an unforeseen reason the ride is canceled\, there will be no refunds of entry fee or carry over for next year.  We appreciate you showing your support for this benefit!

SUMMARY:Rogers Cycling Festival
DESCRIPTION:Get Out\, Stay Active and Spend Time With Family: The 2023 Rogers Cycling Festival (RCF) is a great way to enjoy the beautiful scenery\, roads\, and trails of Rogers. In partnership with the City of Rogers\, the RCF is a family-friendly event coming Saturday\, September 9. Participants are invited to check in from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Frisco Plaza in Downtown Rogers. Before riding\, be sure to check out the many booths set up featuring local businesses and grab complimentary merchandise and accessories. \nAbout This Year’s Festival: This year we are expanding the offerings of the Cycling Festival. You will still be able to enjoy a nice family ride on the Railyard Loop\, where every part of the ride is on trails and sidewalks during a 15+ mile ride that loops the entire city of Rogers. Riders are encouraged to track their progress by using the Strava app. View the loop here. \nThis year we are introducing the Rogers Enduro Race at Lake Atalanta. Since its inception in the early 2010s\, enduro racing has quickly become one of the most popular mountain bike disciplines\, representing the type of riding a lot of mountain bikers were already doing. Enduro offers technical but accessible racing for riders who want to avoid the full-blooded tracks of downhill racing or the Lycra-clad whippets of cross-country racing. Our race will have something for everyone\, from the professional rider to someone who is just getting started and will take place on the new Mountain Bike Trails around Lake Atalanta. \nMore About Rider Village: Rider Village will be located at Frisco Plaza in Downtown Rogers and features a variety of experiences to relax and have fun after a day of riding in the RCF. Attendees will enjoy various food trucks\, drinks\, and other entertaining activities. After you finish riding and checking out Rider Village\, the fun continues. We have partnered with the City of Rogers to offer a free concert for all of our riders as part of the Railyard Live concert series. \nSponsorships Available: Not a rider? Sponsoring the 2023 Rogers Cycling Festival is an effective\, low-cost way to promote your company and raise your company’s profile in the community. Sponsorship packages include the opportunity to reach all ride participants and be recognized by the Chamber. Contact the Chamber’s Member Services Team at (479) 636-1240 or email MemberServices@RogersLowell.com for sponsorship details. \nCANCELLATION POLICY: Refunds are not accepted within 48 hours of the event.
