Prime prizes for A\,B\,&C races sponsored by Trek\, Angry Dave’s\, AC&F\, Muk-off\, Tifosi Optics\, Hand-up Gloves\, Blue Sail Coffee\, Lost 40 brewery\, and Diamond Bear brewery.  It’s going to be hot \, but there will be free cold beer for racers courtesy of Flyway brewery! BBinfinite has supplied ceramic pulley sets for series winners so be sure to keep racing to stack those points! Each race registration enters you for a raffle for prizes from Hyperice as well! Last but not least don’t worry about sending it too hard\, because Hex carbon workshop has agreed to fix any carbon bikes damaged due to any unfortunate circumstances that may arise during racing!

DESCRIPTION:Come join CRC for a fun run on Saturday\, June 29th at 8am at the back parking lot of the Conway Regional Fitness Center on Salem Road. We have a ~5k route (see link below) we will be doing as a group along the trail behind the fitness center. DESCRIPTION:OVT Off-Road Triathlon\, Off-Road Duathlon\, Gravel Triathlon and Gravel Duathlon to be held on the same weekend as the oldest road triathlon in NW Arkansas. UPDATE – Gravel and Mtn Bike events both to be held on Saturday\, June 29 at the same time. \nSaturday\, June 29 – OVT Gravel Triathlon\, Gravel Duathlon\, Mtn Bike Triathlon and Mtn Bike Duathlon events.  Both off-road triathlons will have a 1\,000 yard swim. Gravel bike course is 18 miles\, mtn bike course is 12 miles and the triathlon run course is an epic 5 miles. Both the gravel and mtn bike duathlon run courses will consist of a 3 mile Run #1 and 5 mile Run #2 courses. \nSunday\, June 30 – Ozark Valley Triathlon (road events) is hosting the 2024 Arkansas State Championships in the international and sprint distances as well as the Arkansas High School State Championship.  There is a combined Club Championship competition as well.  These are both road triathlon races and there will be a Aquabike\, duathlon and team category (International distance only) in the Ozark Valley Triathlon. \nOVT road events: \n\nSprint Triathlon – 400 yard swim\, 13 mile bike\, 2 mile run (2024 USA Triathlon Arkansas State Championship and High School State Championship)\nInternational Triathlon (individual or teams) – 1\,000 yard swim\, 19 mile bike and a 4 mile run (2024 USA Triathlon Arkansas State Championship)\nAquabike – 1\,000 yard swim\, 19 mile bike\nSprint Duathlon – 2 mile run\, 13 mile bike\, 2 mile run\n\nAll events will be held at Lake Wedington Recreation Area.  Lake Wedington is located 13 miles west of Fayetteville and is one of the most natural settings for a triathlon in the region. Gravel bike course is 18 miles\, mtn bike course is 12 miles and the triathlon run course is an epic 5 miles. Both the gravel and mtn bike duathlon run courses will consist of a 3 mile Run #1 and 5 mile Run #2 courses. \nSunday\, June 30 – Ozark Valley Triathlon (road events) is hosting the 2024 Arkansas State Championships in the international and sprint distances as well as the Arkansas High School State Championship.  There is a combined Club Championship competition as well.  These are both road triathlon races and there will be a Aquabike\, duathlon and team category (International distance only) in the Ozark Valley Triathlon. \nOVT road events: \n\nSprint Triathlon – 400 yard swim\, 13 mile bike\, 2 mile run (2024 USA Triathlon Arkansas State Championship and High School State Championship)\nInternational Triathlon (individual or teams) – 1\,000 yard swim\, 19 mile bike and a 4 mile run (2024 USA Triathlon Arkansas State Championship)\nAquabike – 1\,000 yard swim\, 19 mile bike\nSprint Duathlon – 2 mile run\, 13 mile bike\, 2 mile run\n\nAll events will be held at Lake Wedington Recreation Area.  Lake Wedington is located 13 miles west of Fayetteville and is one of the most natural settings for a triathlon in the region. Both spectators and participants can enjoy the natural beauty of the area and combined with unique finisher medals\, post-race food\, awards and prizes all make this race one not want to miss. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nEntry Fees Priced With A T-Shirt\n\nEntry Fees are priced with a ringspun cotton t-shirt. But\, there is an option to choose no shirt and save $5 or upgrade to a fully sublimated technical fabric shirt for $15. DESCRIPTION:The Rat Race was started in honor of US Navy SEAL Tom Ratzlaff of Green Forest\, AR. This event remembers the 31 heroes lost on 8-6-2011 during Extortion 17. \nRace will start and end at Green Forest School in Green Forest\, Arkansas. \nRunners must check in from 7:00am to 7:45 A.M. Opening Ceremony at 7:45. Race will start at 8:06 A.M. \nAlthough this is a 5k\, if running is not your thing\, you are more than welcome to complete the race at any pace comfortable to you. For the competitive runners\, Awards to the Top 3 Male and Females. Certificates to the following age groups: 1-14\, 15-19\, 20-24\, 25-29\, 30-39\, 40-49\, 50-59\, 60-69\, 70 and up. \nCost is $30.00 per entry. \nSign up a team of 4 or more and receive a $10 discount on your registration. \nProceeds from this race will benefit the Ratzlaff Memorial Scholarship Fund and the Good Grief Programs in area schools. \nThis is a fund raiser for a non-profit organization\, no refunds will be given for cancelation due to weather.
