DESCRIPTION:The Funnel Cake 5k is back as part of Searcy’s Get Down Downtown Festival on Saturday\, September 26! This fast and flat 5k starts at 8:00 a.m. at the corner of Arch and Spring streets. The Funnel Cake 5k will be professionally chip timed! Runners and walkers of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate! All registered 5k participants will receive a voucher for a free funnel cake! Not ready for a 5K? No problem! Register for the Cotton Candy Classic 1-mile event and receive a voucher for a free cotton candy. There is also a virtual option for those who would like to participate but are unable to attend. DESCRIPTION:35th Annual Running\nThe Arkansas Traveller is steeped in tradition as one of the oldest 100 mile races in the country\, maintaining its founding philosophy of providing a true ultrarunning experience melded with Southern hospitality. Our course consists of a 17-mile loop followed by an 83-mile out-and-back through the Ouachita Mountains on forest roads\, jeep trails\, and an eight mile section of the Ouachita Trail. 12\,000 cumulative feet of climb. (This year it will be a true raffle!) \nCut off time is 12:30 for support this year! Please respect our volunteers and choose a route you can complete by about 12 noon. After 12:30 aid stations will close and on route support will end. \nWe are doing staggered starts again this year: The 62-mile riders will start at 8 a.m. The 40-mile riders at 8:10\, and the 23-mile riders at 8:20. \nRide with GPS routes are on our website: cycleconway.com/conway-fall-classic/ride-info/  But all our routes are well-sign with directional arrows. SUMMARY:Tour da Delta 2026
DESCRIPTION:This year Tour da Delta will be a group gravel ride down the levee and gravel road of the beautiful Saint Francis National Forest out to Storm Creek Lake where there will be restrooms and a rest stop. We will also ride down the gravel road of the Forest out to where the Saint Francis River empties into the Mississippi River where there will be another rest stop. The ride will be approximately 25 miles. We will also ride over to Freeman Playground\, the River Park and also swing past the American Legion Hut and show everyone the Merci Train Car that was a gift from France back in 1949 for defending them in WW1 and WW2. Lodging accommodations for cyclist are available at St. John’s Episcopal Church. Showers are available a block away for an additional fee. See our website at www.tourdadelta.net or www.kingbiscuitfestival.com for contact and reservation information at the Episcopal Church. Each rider will have to bring their own air mattress or cot. The 25 mile group gravel route starts at 9:30 a.m. from the Thrive Warehouse at 415 Ohio Street in the downtown area of Helena and over by the Levee. Registration the day of the ride is $15. We will also offer a day pass into the King Biscuit Blues Festival for an additional $20 and there are 13 E-Bikes available to rent for an additional $30 for the ride. Anyone that rents an E-Bike will also get a helmet with the E-Bike Rental.

DESCRIPTION:The Arkansas 20K will start and end at the River Center in Benton. All turns are marked with large signs with arrows. The race will be chip timed. The course will remain open until 11:00am. Temperatures can range from the mid-50s to mid- 80s. Humidity can sometimes be high. The 20K is an excellent test/training run for a fall marathon as well as a challenging race in its own right.
