DESCRIPTION:Pulaski Heights Middle School will host the 10th annual Panther Prowl 5K on Saturday\, April 25 at 8:00 a.m. The race\, which begins and ends at PHMS\, takes runners through the historic Hillcrest neighborhood\, home to the public middle school\, and meanders through scenic Knoop Park. \nFunds raised benefit the teachers and students of PHMS in the form of classroom supplies\, teacher grants\, and campus beautification projects.. \nBoth serious runners and families will run the Panther Prowl 5K\, and medals will be awarded to winners in traditional youth and adult age groups at about 9:15 a.m

DESCRIPTION:In the spirit of giving\, the City of Pea Ridge invites you to the 2nd Annual Jingle All the Way 5K and Fun Run. \nJoin us at City Hall for a festive run that brings the community together to support families in need. Participants are encouraged to donate new toys and/or non-perishable food items\, which will be distributed to local charities just in time for the holidays. \nCome run or walk with friends and family\, and don’t forget to wear your ugliest sweater or favorite holiday costume! You’ll leave with great memories\, new friends\, and the joy of knowing you helped make the season brighter for others. \nAll donations will be given to a local pantry and distributed before Christmas. \nParticipation Medals for all\, Medals for 1st\, 2nd\, and 3rd place by age category (male and female)\, and overall.\nAlso\, an award for best(?) dressed: ugly sweaters\, Santa\, elf\, reindeer costumes encouraged!
