We do our best to give you a flexible refund/deferral program. However\, the Arkansas Graveler is a complex\, large-scale multi-day event. We enter into numerous pre-event contracts with cities\, venues\, caterers\, entertainment producers\, and ride support teams. Please see our refund policy below: \n\nParticipants may receive a full refund minus a 15% admin fee until August 31\, 2026\, should they back out of the event.\nRiders may also transfer their entry to another rider for no additional fee until October 4\, 2026.\nWhile we understand unforeseen circumstances arise\, due to the high expense of hosting the event and the nature of this event changing locations every year\, registered participants will not be eligible for refunds after August 31\, 2026.
