SUMMARY:Hope for the Holiday Half Marathon and 5k in Memory of Garrett Yeager
DESCRIPTION:The race is being held to honor the memory of Garrett Yeager beloved friend\, son\, brother\, and father. All proceeds will be donated in his memory to Special Olympics of Batesville and New Hope Refuge. New Hope Refuge is a faith-based and Christ-centered program for women who are struggling with substance abuse issues. \nOn the race course you get a little bit of everything. You are starting in the beautiful Eagle Mountain neighborhood for the 5k. The half marathon will continue over to the beautiful campus of Lyon College\, once at Lyon you will jump on the 3/4 mile trail section of the course\, upon exiting the trail you will run the country roads leading back to the main highway to work your way back to Eagle Mountain. \nEach participant will receive a finisher medal and race hoodie. Race registration will cut off on November 24th to be guaranteed a hoodie.  Packet pickup will be race morning starting at 630 until 7:45. \nCancellation Policy\nAll entries will be deferred to the 2025 race if the race is canceled. Sorry\, no refunds.
