DESCRIPTION:The Bentonville – Bella Vista Enduro highlights the best of Northwest Arkansas\, where an extensive network with hundreds of miles of world-class trails and multiple trail systems creates a proper canvas for an epic day of enduro racing in the Mountain Biking Capital of the World™. \nRegistration opens Friday\, June 12th at 8am with participation based on a first-come\, first-served basis. To create a rewarding enduro race experience\, organizers reserve the right to limit overall event participation. Each participant’s entry includes: \n\nOne-day competition with up to 4-7 stages and 10-20 total miles of rider-designed racing with dedicated pre-race practice times the day prior to the race.\nSufficiently marked courses with maps emailed to participants the week of the event.\nLively mid-race aid stations with access to professional neutral mechanics and medical support.\nProfessional event timing with accuracy to the 1000th of a second and instant results.\nComplimentary post-race meal and cold beverages (21+ for adult beverages\, ID required) in a family-friendly festival setting.\nAwards ceremony by category with prizes awarded 5 deep.\n\nRACE VENUE \nThe Bentonville – Bella Vista Enduro will start in Bella Vista near the Allen’s Food Market. \nRace Venue Address – 60 Sugar Creek Center\, Bella Vista\, AR 72714 \n  \nEVENT SCHEDULE \nFinal event schedule with packet pickup\, official pre-ride\, and start times will be released the week of the event. Arkansas Enduro Series events are rain or shine except under extreme circumstances. When permittable\, an official pre-ride/practice will be scheduled the day prior to Race Day(s). The Race Director reserves the right to adjust the schedule due to any unforeseen circumstances. \nFRIDAY | \n\nEarly pre-riding is allowed although some stages may in the proccess of being finishing marking.\n4PM-7PM | Early Check-In | Location TBA\n\nSATURDAY | \n\n9AM-4PM | Check-In & Official Practice Day\n\nSUNDAY | \n\n8AM-10AM | Timing Chip Pick-Up according to Wave Times. Late Check-In available.\n9AM-3PM | Race Day\n4PM | Podium Awards\n\nArkansas Enduro Series events are rain or shine except under extreme circumstances. When possible\, an official practice will be scheduled the day prior to Race Day(s). The Race Director reserves the right to adjust the schedule due to any unforeseen circumstances. \n  \nSAFETY – This is not the time to skimp on protective equipment. Helmets are required to be worn on course during official event times and we highly suggest a full-face helmet\, knee pads\, and elbow pads. \nTEMPERATURE – In August\, Bella Vista experiences hot and humid summer weather. Average daily highs range from 87°F to 89°F\, while overnight lows drop into the mid-to-upper 60s (around 65°F to 69°F) \nWATER & SNACKS – While hydration will be available at select locations on course\, riders are encouraged to plan to carry at least 50-60 ounces of water and enough snacks to sustain themselves under strenuous exercise. \nNICE TO HAVES – Bug spray\, sunscreen\, spare tubes\, pump or CO2\, plugs\, patches and other parts. \nDOGS – Dogs are allowed but are required to be on a leash at all times. No exceptions. \nTRASH – If you pack it in\, pack it out. We are guests. Please follow all event sustainability and recycling requests. \nRACE DAY MEAL – A post-race meal will be provided to racers and volunteers on Race Days only. Redeemable meal tickets will be provided at the Registration & Timing tent. When possible\, additional food trucks and other resources will be made available on-site for fans\, family and friends. \nWAIVER – All participants will be required to sign a waiver of liability prior to competing in the Arkansas Enduro Series. \nREFUND POLICY – Arkansas Enduro Series events are rain or shine\, and refunds will not be issued except under extreme circumstances. SUMMARY:Coler's Noon2Moon MTB Race
DESCRIPTION:Noon2Moon is an endurance race\, and the only Coler Fundraiser event of the year! When you register to race\, you are supporting improvements to your favorite trails at Coler\, facilities\, and access to affordable classes that make Coler a unique destination for all! Coler Mountain Bike Preserve is a community space provided by the Peel Compton Foundation whose mission cultivate experiences that connect the community through nature\, education\, recreation\, and preservation. \nBeginning on Friday\, September 11th\, 2026\, we will have the kid’s ride camp and races hosted by Pedal Kids USA plus the “HOT LAP” race is moving to Friday! If endurance racing is not for you\, you should register to race our “HOT LAP” option\, a single lap of the racecourse with podiums for the top three racers and free entry to amazing raffle prizes. This lap will be the same as the 3-HR/6-hour lap. E-bike category for the hot lap option only. \nNEW THIS YEAR is the 3-HOUR ENDURANCE RACE category. This will be the same course as the 6-hr race\, just a shorter time for those who are new to endurance racing\, or for those who want to test their limits in 3 hours! \nColer was named by Outside Magazine as “One of the most beloved trails in the state of Arkansas.” Come race with us! \nEvent Schedule: \nFriday\, September 11th\n2:00 – 7:00 PM – 6-HR Race Packet Pickup @ Coler Water Tower\n3:00 – 5:00 PM – Kids MTB Camp hosted by Pedal Kids USA \n\nSign up for Level 2 Riders Camp: Pedaling without training wheels\, on pavement\, and some very easy\, flat\, single-track.\nSign up for Level 3 Riders Camp: Able to climb and descend paved and single track\, comfortable modulating speeds on descends.\n\n5:00 – 6:30 PM – Kids Race Presented by Pedal Kids USA (Ages 2 through 14) \n5:00-6:30 PM- Hot Lap Race (1 lap of racecourse) \n6:30 PM- Hot Lap Awards \n6:45 PM – Kids Podium Celebration \nKids Activities Equipment Requirements: Bicycle in good working order\, a helmet\, small backpack\, water bottle\, snacks.\nSaturday\, September 12th 3-HR/6-HR Race\n11:50 AM – 3-HR/6-HR Racer Meeting\n12:00 PM – 3-HR/6-HR Race Begins\n6:30 PM – 3-HR/6-HR Podiums \n5$ discount will automatically be applied if you register for more than one category. Parents sign your kids up for camp and kids race to receive a 5$ discount! \nRace Rules: \n\nAll 3-HR/6-HR racers will start the race at noon\, the cut-off time to finish your last lap will be 3pm/6pm sharp. There will be no cut-off time to start a lap but if you are not back at 3pm/6pm then that last lap does not count. It is up to teams and individual racers to decide on the timing of their last lap.\nTeam racers may ride as many laps consecutively as they wish; however\, each racer from a team must complete at least one lap during the 3-hour/6-hour race.\nIf a member of a team has a mechanical issue or a crash that keeps them from completing the lap\, they may call to get another rider out on the course. The rider who is out must check in with the timing director to cancel the lap (do not bring the timing chip near timing sensors).\nBike changes are allowed between laps\, and no bans for a racer assisting another racer to fix a mechanical issue on the racecourse. Mechanical assistance from a non-racer may only be at the designated Coler mechanic pit tent area.\nAll racers waiting their turn must stay away from timing sensors to not “trip” their timing chip.\nA racer or team must report DNFs as soon as possible to the Timing Director.\nRace Results Contesting Period: 3:00pm-3:10pm/6:00-6:10 pm.\nAllow 15 minutes after the race for results to be finalized.\nE-bike allowed only for the single lap option\n\nOnline Registration Deadline: Thursday\, September 10th 5:00pm CT\nParking at the preserve is limited\, parking will be on a first come first serve basis. Awards will be given out to the top overall runners as well as the top 3 in each age group. Costumes are strongly encouraged with special prizes awarded to our favorites. \nFunds from this event will go directly to the Peel Compton Foundation\, and their mission to connect the community through nature\, education\, recreation\, and preservation. \nThe race is limited to the first 300 people to sign up. There will be no refunds on registrations\, but your registration may be transferred.
