DESCRIPTION:Get ready to conquer the peaks with the Tri Peak Series brought to you by River Valley Runners! \nDive into a thrilling trio of races set in breathtaking landscapes\, starting with the Mt. Magazine 15k on May 31\, 2025 that promises to challenge and inspire. It’s only ONE hill!! We start about a half mile from the school on dirt road and then it turns into paved road the rest of the way up to the top of Mt. Magazine. Once at the top\, there will be a shuttle to get you to the bottom of the mountain – Or you can go a little extra an run down! What goes up must come down\, right? \nEarly start for Mount Magazine is 6:30am! \nKeep the adrenaline pumping with an up and downhill all paved course on Danville Mtn. with the Danville Mountain 5k on August 16\, 2025. \nWe wrap up the series with the deliciously named Mt. Nebo Chicken Fried 10k on September 13\, 2025.This is a paved course that starts at the bottom of Mt. Nebo at the Dollar General across the road. Once at the top\, there will be a shuttle to get you to the bottom of the mountain – Or you can go a little extra an run down! What goes up must come down\, right? \nWhere you earn the bragging rights along with some awesome swag for the finale! \nEach race comes with a Shirt. There are custom medals made for each race. If you do all three races there is a final medal you receive for doing all three! Each year the design is different so we can keep you interested to come back for more! \nCan’t make a date? No sweat! Just complete the course on your own time\, send us your triumph email and Strave/Garmin/Coros course mapping & time recording\, and we’ll make sure you get your well-deserved gear.
