We welcome women and non-binary athletes of all abilities to participate in this multi-sport race. Each run is 2 miles and the bike is 11 miles\, all of which are on paved trails. \nIndividual: $50 \nRelay (of 2): $90 \nRelay (of 3): $135 \n\nRelay (of 2): Participate as a RELAY TEAM of two in two ways  \nOption 1: one person is the runner and one person is the cyclist. \nOption 2: one person runs/bikes and the other person bikes/runs\, splitting the bike portion in half \n\n\nRelay (of 3): Participate as a RELAY TEAM of 3\, where one is the 1st runner\, one is the cyclist\, and one is the 2nd runner.
