SUMMARY:Ouachita Triple Crown
DESCRIPTION:We are rolling out more Type 2 fun. Jackalope is stoked to partner with the city of Hot Springs to keep The Ouachita Triple Crown part of the Gudrun Northwoods Festival. Participants are encouraged to join in on the rest of the Gudrun activities and parties\, it is a great time in the Northwoods! \nThe Ouachita Triple Crown route was first mapped by Kenny Williams in 2019.  He wanted to link together three International Mountain Bike Association (IMBA) Epic Trails into one epic bikepacking route.  When connected by gravel roads\, the Ouachita Trail (OT)\, the Womble Trail\, and the Lake Ouachita Vista Trail (LOViT) create a circle around Lake Ouachita. \nIMBA Epic Trails are the best of the best\, and Arkansas has more of them that any other state.  The Ouachita Mountains\, composed of rocky ridges and narrow\, spring cooled valleys\, is the perfect landscape for an IMBA Epic Trail.  The mountains are wild\, beautiful\, and rugged. \nPARTICIPANTS MUST SIGN UP WITH TRACKLEADERS FOR THE EVENT! \nOctober 1st will be the last day for half refund for anyone that needs to withdraw. An event shirt or requested shirt size will only be promised for participants registered by October 15th. \nHopefully there will not be a goddamned monsoon again this year……………….

DESCRIPTION:The Little Rock Hash House Harriers invite you to the 27th Annual HashFest Red Dress Weekend 2025\, November 14-16\, in beautiful Hot Springs National Park\, Arkansas. \nWe’re back with all of the usual debauchery you’ve come to expect from the Little Rock Hash House Harriers. The city residents are anxiously awaiting our return\, so start looking for that perfect red dress\, and don’t forget to accessorize. (You must wear a red dress\, or facsimile thereof\, to trail on Saturday.) \nFor a paltry fee of $74.69 ($84.69 after October 15) you get all this great stuff: \n1. A genuine Hashfest Gimme (If registered and paid before November 1)\,\n2. Loads of brewski\, snacks\, and other pleasures of the Hashpitality Suite (the usual Al Capone Suite)\,\n3. Three Hash Runs\, including the traditional Friday Night Kilted Pub Crawl (mostly pay as you go)\, the Saturday Afternoon Red Dress Run\, and the Sunday Morning Hangover Run\, and\n4. A donation to a non-profit to be determined. \nOnce again\, the Hash will attempt to get thrown out of the historic Arlington Hotel and its epic hot tub in scenic Hot Springs National Park\, Arkansas.
