DESCRIPTION:Come SPLASH with us this June 1\, 2024! (NEW DAY AND TIME) \nKids aged 5-14 will participate in the Swim/Run event. Age is based on Race Day Age. \nIt will be a fun morning full of swimming and running\, snow cones\, music\, and medals! \nThe 6th Annual Kid’s Splash & Dash is an event held in partnership with USA Triathlon. The mission is to provide kids a safe\, fun introduction to multisport. \nWhat’s Splash & Dash?\nSplash & Dash is a USA Triathlon national series that provides a fun\, safe introduction to multisport.  This event is a lead up to the bigger 13th Annual Trifest for MS triathlon festival that occurs Aug. 30\, 31 and Sept 1\, 2024. \n\n\n\nSplash & Dash: Kids aged 5-14 – Swim/Run \n\nAges 5-6:          25 yards / .25 run\nAges 7-8:          50 yards / .50 run\nAges 9-10:        75 yards / 1 mile\nAges 11-14:      100 yards / 2 miles\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRun Routes\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\nEvent Schedule\n\nFriday – Bentonville Strider \n\n4:00 – 6:30pm     In-Town Packet Pickup\n\nSaturday – Melvin Ford Aquatic Center \n\n9:45am                       Volunteers Arrive\n10:15 – 11:15am      Out-of-Town Packet Pickup\n11:15 – 11:30am      S&D Pre-Race Meeting + Transition Open on Pool Deck\n11:30am                  S&D Rolling Start (Oldest to Youngest)\n12:30pm                  S&D Awards\n1:00pm                    Event End
