SUMMARY:Philander Smith University Homecoming 5K Walk/Run
DESCRIPTION:The Philander Smith University Homecoming Inaugural 5K Run/Walk is an opportunity for participants to support the mission of the institution by bringing together students\, alumni\, faculty\, staff\, and community members for a day of wellness\, unity\, and purpose.  The course is designed to pass many of the city’s African American historical sites\, including Arkansas Baptist College\, Little Rock Central High School and and Dunbar Heritage Association Community.   This exciting event will take place on Saturday\, November 8th\, beginning at 8:00 a.m. on the campus of Philander Smith University in Little Rock.  All proceeds will go toward funding student scholarships and helping deserving students continue their educational journeys. \nDay-of Participants and Virtual Participants will receive (1) Race Bib\, (2) Race T-Shirt\, (3) Finisher Medal w/Ribbon \nSleep-In Participants will receive a Race T-Shirt
