DESCRIPTION:A unique gravel bike experience for you and your teammate! \nCompleted in teams of two\, the Randonneuring Gravel Rally of the Ozarks is a day long adventure navigating and riding some of the best gravel in north central Arkansas! \n\nHere’s the skinny:\nCompleted in teams of two (or solo if you so desire)\, the Randonneuring Gravel Rally of the Ozarks is a day long adventure navigating and riding some of the best gravel in north central Arkansas! \nHere’s the skinny: \n\nTeams of two solid riders\nTwo gravel bikes\, one vehicle capable of carrying both bikes\nOne driver\, one navigator\nStart in Mountain Home\nStrategically navigate and ride all three (or just two\, or just one) gravel routes\nRoutes are 20 +/- miles each\nTrack your routes and progress (Strava or Ride GPS)\nReturn to Mountain Home for post-event festivities\n\nSolo participants are welcome as well\, we’re just partial to the idea of spending a day with a buddy! \nThis is the inaugural year for the event\, so prices are low\, as we want your feedback as much as we want you to have a good time! \n\nPacket Pick-Up / Registration\nAll pre-event\, start\, and finish events at: \nRapp’s Barren Brewing \n610 South Baker St.\, \nMtn. Home\, AR 72653 \n  \nFriday 3/6 \n7:00 – 9:00 pm – Meet & Greet (Just come to Rapp’s\, you’ll find us!)\nSaturday 3/7 \n6:00 – 6:30 am – Packet pickup\n6:30 – Pre-Ride meeting for all participants (Mandatory) \n7:00 – Depart from Rapp’s\n3:00 – cut-off time if you have not started your 3rd route \n  \nSingle Riders Looking for a Teammate\nIf you’d like to participate in this event but you need a teammate\, we have you covered!  Go the the main RGRO site and complete the Single Rider form (near the bottom of the page); we’ll add you to the pool of single riders and see who we can match up! \n\nCourse Description\nYou’ve heard of the Ozarks? You’re about to see an awful lot of them!\nThe three gravel routes triangulate Mountain Home. Here are the routes: \nGamaliel\, Arkansas \n23.4 miles\, 2\,088 ft. elevation gain\n99.9% gravel…lots of fun!\nGamaliel route HERE  \n  \nNorfork\, Arkansas \n17.8 miles\, 1\,766 ft. elevation gain\n50/50 gravel and paved.\nBe prepared to hike-a-bike and fly down Push Mountain Road\nNorfork route HERE \n  \nRea Valley\, Arkansas \n20 miles\, 1\,897 ft. elevation gain\n90% gravel with one hellacious hill in the middle!\nRea Valley route HERE \nFAQ\n\nSome basic Q&A here\, but visit the FAQ section of our website for more information. \nQ: Are there awards? \nA: There will be one award to recognize the first team to completes all three courses and return to Rapp’s. \n  \nQ: What if I don’t have a teammate? \nA: Single riders who want to participate with a teammate can fill out the Single Rider Form  We’ll collect your information and connect people. \nA: You may ride solo if you desire\, we’re just partial to the idea of doing things with a buddy. \n  \nQ: Are e-bikes permitted? \nA: Yes\, e-bikes are permitted\, however you’ll be ineligible for the overall award. \n  \n  \nLearn more about this event on the Randonneuring Gravel Rally of the Ozarks HERE
