DESCRIPTION:The Bentonville – Bella Vista Enduro highlights the best of Northwest Arkansas\, where an extensive network with hundreds of miles of world-class trails and multiple trail systems creates a proper canvas for an epic day of enduro racing in the Mountain Biking Capital of the World™. \nRegistration opens Friday\, June 12th at 8am with participation based on a first-come\, first-served basis. To create a rewarding enduro race experience\, organizers reserve the right to limit overall event participation. Each participant’s entry includes: \n\nOne-day competition with up to 4-7 stages and 10-20 total miles of rider-designed racing with dedicated pre-race practice times the day prior to the race.\nSufficiently marked courses with maps emailed to participants the week of the event.\nLively mid-race aid stations with access to professional neutral mechanics and medical support.\nProfessional event timing with accuracy to the 1000th of a second and instant results.\nComplimentary post-race meal and cold beverages (21+ for adult beverages\, ID required) in a family-friendly festival setting.\nAwards ceremony by category with prizes awarded 5 deep.\n\nRACE VENUE \nThe Bentonville – Bella Vista Enduro will start in Bella Vista near the Allen’s Food Market. \nRace Venue Address – 60 Sugar Creek Center\, Bella Vista\, AR 72714 \n  \nEVENT SCHEDULE \nFinal event schedule with packet pickup\, official pre-ride\, and start times will be released the week of the event. Arkansas Enduro Series events are rain or shine except under extreme circumstances. When permittable\, an official pre-ride/practice will be scheduled the day prior to Race Day(s). The Race Director reserves the right to adjust the schedule due to any unforeseen circumstances. \nFRIDAY | \n\nEarly pre-riding is allowed although some stages may in the proccess of being finishing marking.\n4PM-7PM | Early Check-In | Location TBA\n\nSATURDAY | \n\n9AM-4PM | Check-In & Official Practice Day\n\nSUNDAY | \n\n8AM-10AM | Timing Chip Pick-Up according to Wave Times. Late Check-In available.\n9AM-3PM | Race Day\n4PM | Podium Awards\n\nArkansas Enduro Series events are rain or shine except under extreme circumstances. When possible\, an official practice will be scheduled the day prior to Race Day(s). The Race Director reserves the right to adjust the schedule due to any unforeseen circumstances. \n  \nSAFETY – This is not the time to skimp on protective equipment. Helmets are required to be worn on course during official event times and we highly suggest a full-face helmet\, knee pads\, and elbow pads. \nTEMPERATURE – In August\, Bella Vista experiences hot and humid summer weather. Average daily highs range from 87°F to 89°F\, while overnight lows drop into the mid-to-upper 60s (around 65°F to 69°F) \nWATER & SNACKS – While hydration will be available at select locations on course\, riders are encouraged to plan to carry at least 50-60 ounces of water and enough snacks to sustain themselves under strenuous exercise. \nNICE TO HAVES – Bug spray\, sunscreen\, spare tubes\, pump or CO2\, plugs\, patches and other parts. \nDOGS – Dogs are allowed but are required to be on a leash at all times. No exceptions. \nTRASH – If you pack it in\, pack it out. We are guests. Please follow all event sustainability and recycling requests. \nRACE DAY MEAL – A post-race meal will be provided to racers and volunteers on Race Days only. Redeemable meal tickets will be provided at the Registration & Timing tent. When possible\, additional food trucks and other resources will be made available on-site for fans\, family and friends. \nWAIVER – All participants will be required to sign a waiver of liability prior to competing in the Arkansas Enduro Series. \nREFUND POLICY – Arkansas Enduro Series events are rain or shine\, and refunds will not be issued except under extreme circumstances. Be sure to select which type you want at registration. August 14\, 2025 at 11:59pm is the deadline to guarantee a shirt! \n  \nPacket Pick Up will be offered the day before the race and the morning of.  \n\nPacket Pick Up will be the available on Friday\, August 29\, 2025 from 12pm to 6pm at Rock City Running. Located at Market Place Shopping Center\, 11121 N Rodney Parham Rd Ste 37B\, Little Rock\, AR 72212 Your bag will include your chip for timing. If for some reason you pick up your packet but are not running\, please make sure we get the shoe chip back from you. Failure to return shoe chip will result in a $25 fee.\nPacket Pick Up will also be race morning between the hours of 6:00am – 7:00am. Please arrive in plenty of time to come pick up your packet\, get your bib on\, and take your shirt back to your car!\n\nRegistration \n\nRegistration will close online at 6pm on August 28\, 2025. In-person registration will be available the day at Rock City Running from 12pm – 6pm. $35 cash or check. We will have race day registration $35.00\, cash or check (made out to ARK) only from 6:00am – 7:00am.\n\nAwards \nOverall Top 3 Male and Female. Top 3 Masters (40 +) Male and Female. Top 3 Wheelchair Finishers.   \nAwards are given 3 deep in the following age groups: 0-9\, 10-14\, 15-19\, 20-24\, 25-29\, 30-34\, 35-39\, 40-44\, 45-49\, 50-54\, 55-59\, 60-64\, 65-69\, 70-74\, 75-79\, 80 and over. \nBib and Shoe Chip Info \nRace will be chip timed with the chip being attached to your shoe. Please wear bib front facing in the torso area. Please make sure to return the chip prior to leaving the race. We will have people set up at the finish line to help clip those off. Failure to return chip will result in a $25 fee. \n  \nVery Important Note: Deadline to guarantee a shirt is to be registered by August 14\, 2025 at 11:59pm.
