DESCRIPTION:Get ready for the most epic adventure in NWA – the Double Barrel Gravel Ride is back and bigger than ever! Phat Tire Bike Shop and the Benton County Quails are throwing the ultimate party in May\, and you’re invited to join the chaos on Sunday\, May 18th. Buckle up for a day of heart-pumping action\, featuring: \n\n71 miles of brutal\, chunky gravel roads that will put your skills to the test\nA chance to blast some skeet and show off your shooting skills\nLive music from the legendary Frisky Squirrels to get you pumped up and ready to ride\nA mouth-watering Jambalaya & Crawfish Boil to fuel your body and satisfy your cravings\n\nHere’s the schedule: \n6:30 am: Registration and Check In – get ready to rumble! \n8:00 am: 71-Mile Riders Meeting and Start – the ultimate challenge begins \n1:00 pm: 31-Mile and 15-Mile Riders’ Meeting and Start – join the fun\, no matter your skill level \n3:00 pm: The Party Starts – beer\, food\, music\, and mayhem ensue \nNote: The 71- and 31-mile courses are unmarked\, so bring your A-game and your GPS. The 15-mile course will be marked\, but don’t get too comfortable – it’s still gonna be a wild ride! Aid stations will be provided to keep you fueled and focused. \nThe Start & Finish is at the Benton County Quail Barn\, and the routes feature some of the funnest\, most challenging gravel roads in the area. We recommend 35mm or wider tires – anything less\, and you might be in for a world of hurt. The 71-mile option features a whopping 5K in climbing\, so be prepared to push yourself to the limit. \nBut it’s not all about the ride – the real fun starts at 3:00 pm\, with an epic party featuring: \n\nIce-cold beer to quench your thirst from Fossil Cove Brewery\nDelicious jambalaya and crawfish boil to satisfy your hunger\nLive music to keep you moving and grooving from Frisky Squirrels\nAn inflatable obstacle course to test your skills and challenge your friends\nA raffle with some amazing prizes to take home\n\nSo\, what are you waiting for? \nJoin the Phat Tire Phamily and get ready for the most epic adventure of the year. Proceeds benefit the Benton County Quails\, so you can feel good about getting wild and crazy.
