SUMMARY:OZARKS CRAGGIN’ CLASSIC
DESCRIPTION:The American Alpine Club is teaming up with Tenaya this May 10-12\, to bring you a NEW stop on the Craggin’ Tour: Bentonville\, AR! \nIf you love secret crags\, and fresh\, textured sandstone\, this Craggin’ is for you! We’re stoked to be joining forces with the local climbing community in Arkansas to bring this 3-day festival to one of the up and coming climbing areas of the country. Developers in AR have been busy\, finding beautiful single pitch sport and trad lines\, and the kind of sandstone boulders people obsess over. We know climbers are often itching for the quietude of forest crags\, and new rock to challenge themselves on—you won’t want to miss the utter sense of adventure and exploration that comes with Ozarks climbing! \nWe pride ourselves on the fact that the Craggin’s are a party with a heart\, so\, this weekend these walls are also hosting engaging clinics led by professional climbers and guides and a chance to make this corner of the Earth a little better with a crag stewardship project. We’re excited to be hosting a Climb United meet-up\, and an adaptive clinic too\, which have each become staples of building community at the Craggins! Score awesome deals in the silent auction\, dance to live music\, and enjoy delicious local food trucks and beer. \nWhat makes these events truly exceptional is the community of friendly folks who show up to celebrate our shared love of climbing. Become part of this community and grab your tickets today. \nSee you in the Ozarks!

SUMMARY:Expedition Ozark 2024
DESCRIPTION:Expedition Ozark will be a true test of endurance\, teamwork and mental toughness. Teams (2-4 members) will have 5 days to complete a course covering the Northwest Arkansas region of the Ozarks. \nThe Ozarks is becoming one of the premier outdoor recreation locations in the country and this race showcases why. Gravel and forest roads will connect National Forests and State Parks to quaint Ozark communities. \nThis course will test even the best racers with challenging navigation\, steep ascents and unpredictable Spring weather.
