DESCRIPTION:This thrilling event will showcase the best of Downhill Mountain Biking located right here in Eureka Springs\, Arkansas. It will be an adrenaline pumping mix of technical trails\, fast descents and an exclusive  race day only stage that will challenge even the most seasoned riders. \n  \n** Event Overview** \n\nTotal Laps – 10\nStages – 5\, with 2 laps per stage\nSpecial feature – 1 race day only stage to test your MTB handling skills\n\n  \n**Camping and Evening Activities** \nJoin us for a family-friendly night of camping on Saturday at the Lake Leatherwood Park group campsite. (For those that prefer less rustic accommodations\, you can contact the park directly and book a cabin for the night.) \nAfter an  exhilarating day spent pre-riding the course\, set up your tents and unwind under the stars. There will be a campfire for gathering around so you can share stories and connect with fellow racers while enjoying the warmth of the flames. \nWe will also have music to keep the stoke high and spirits lifted going into race day. \nSites are limited so be sure to register ahead of time.

Spanning 205 miles and 36 rugged legs\, this one-of-a-kind adventure kicks off in the historic town of Eureka Springs and winds its way through the stunning Ozark National Forest and five state parks\, before crossing the finish line at Prairie Grove Battlefield State Park. Whether you’re running\, laughing\, lake-swimming\, or battling sleep deprivation with your teammates\, this race promises unforgettable memories and the most breathtaking backroads the Ozarks have to offer. Come experience the ultimate team challenge — this is more than a race\, it’s your next great story. \nThe team captain should be the first to register and will create the team during the registration process. Once registration is complete\, the captain will receive a confirmation email. \nAt that point\, you have two options for adding team members: \nOption 1: Have each runner register themselves by selecting “Join an Existing Group/Team” during registration. DESCRIPTION:EUREKA ENDURO | SEPTEMBER 26-28\, 2025 \nAn annual stop on the Arkansas Enduro Series\, the Eureka Enduro is a rowdy weekend of racing through the “The Little Switzerland of the Ozarks” and the Victorian-style resort town of Eureka Springs. The community is home to some of the best mountain biking in Arkansas including Lake Leatherwood Gravity Park and the largest gravity park in the state. For 2025\, the Eureka Enduro is being held in conjunction with the Eureka Springs Fat Tire Festival – a three-day family-friendly mountain bike festival September 26-28\, 2025. \nRegistration opens Sunday June 1 at 8am with participation based on a first-come\, first-served basis. To create a rewarding enduro race experience\, organizers reserve the right to limit overall event participation. Each participant’s entry includes: \n\nUp to 8 stages and ~20 miles of rider-designed racing with dedicated pre-ride (practice) times the day prior to the race.\nSufficiently marked courses with maps emailed to participants the week of the event.\nLively mid-race aid stations with access to professional neutral mechanics and medical support.\nProfessional event timing with accuracy to the 1000th of a second and instant results.\nComplimentary post-race meal and cold beverages (21+ for adult beverages\, ID required) in a family-friendly festival setting.\nAwards ceremony by category with prizes awarded 5 deep.\n\nRACE VENUE \nEureka Springs premier outdoor recreation resource\, the 1600-acre Lake Leatherwood City Park features a 25-mile trail network surrounded by the spring-fed Lake Leatherwood – and a proper Ozark Mountain setting for round two of the Arkansas Enduro Series. A long list of available amenities at the park include cabins\, dry camping\, & RV sites and the sports field facility will double as the race venue for the weekend. \nRace Venue Address – 1303 Co Rd 204\, Eureka Springs\, AR 72632 \nEVENT SCHEDULE \nFinal event schedule with packet pickup\, official pre-ride\, and start times will be released the week of the event. Helmets are required to be worn on course during official event times and we highly suggest a full-face helmet\, knee pads\, and elbow pads. \nTEMPERATURE – In late September\, the temperature in Eureka Springs typically ranges from 57°F to 74°F and is rarely below 45°F or above 84°F. \nWATER & SNACKS – While hydration will be available at select locations on course\, riders are encouraged to plan to carry at least 50-60 ounces of water and enough snacks to sustain themselves under strenuous exercise. \nNICE TO HAVES – Bug spray\, sunscreen\, spare tubes\, pump or CO2\, plugs\, patches and other parts. \nDOGS – Dogs are allowed but are required to be on a leash at all times. No exceptions. \nTRASH – If you pack it in\, pack it out. We are guests. Please follow all event sustainability and recycling requests. \nRACE DAY MEAL – A post-race meal will be provided to racers and volunteers on Race Days only.
