Trail Work at Blue Mountain – FOR WOMEN
May 18, 2024 @ 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
This trail work event is for women, to learn about trail maintenance in a fun and supportive environment.
Meet in the Blue Mountain parking lot at 8 a.m. We plan to work on rock armoring, see discussion for details on safety gear and tools.
Education in rock armoring techniques will be led by Caleb Pierce from The Nature Conservancy.
Work up an appetite with 3-4 hours of learning and trail labor then we’ll have a picnic style lunch before the option to ride and test out our work!
