The ArHC Race is free for the racers. This is necessary to avoid special use permits on the extensive tracts of Federal Lands the route traverses.
The club has established a $3500 budget to cover insurance, advertising, starter shirts, finisher patches, and awards for top finishers. Funds collected that exceed this budget will be used for the club’s future races and trail construction projects.
The following sponsorship levels have been established to guide sponsors on their decision making:
- $1 – 299 = Donors will receive an email response with a tax deduction receipt.
- $300 – 599 = Donors will receive an email response with a tax deduction receipt, and the sponsors name will appear on shirts, banners, and websites.
- $600 -999 – Donors will receive an email response with a tax deduction receipt, and the sponsors logo will appear on shirts, banners, and website, and the opportunity to set up an information/vendor booth at the pre-race meeting on June 7.
- $1000 – all of the above and tell us what you want! We can negotiate additional perks.
