Crystal Bluffs Grand Opening
May 30, 2025 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
The time has come! We are excited to announce we are opening the first section of Big Rock Quarry to the public in two weeks! There will be a ribbon cutting at 10 AM on May 17th, then this section of the crag will be officially open to the public with 30+ routes. There are routes up to 75′ in this section, and even a few multipitch routes. It will be a fun day of hanging with the community and getting some outdoor climbing in 5 minutes from downtown North Little Rock. Hope to see you there!
Big shout out to our community and developers on this one. 100% of this project has been funded by contributions of materials and money to our donorbox campaign, and 100% of the labor has been from volunteers. Special thanks to our route developers who have been working extremely hard to bring y’all something special. And BRQ is definitely something special!
