We’ll see you on the trail.
– Do you identify as FTWN-B?
– Are you active 3+ days a week?
– Do you ride 3x a week? This can include virtual rides, i.e., Zwift.
– Can you comfortably ride 30 miles?
– Do you have a gravel bike in good working order or plan to get one?
– Can you commit to weekly training?
– Are you able to maintain a minimum 10 mph average pace on flat gravel terrain?
It’s important to understand the commitment and time required to train for a century in just three months.
This is a group training and gravel century event
Every Saturday, there will be one route and two pace groups:
A. 13-15 mph average
B. 10-12 mph average
These are not no-drop rides, but instead, pace-led rides. We will have planned regrouping during the ride(s), with a set wait time.
This allows us to keep the ride moving and be respectful of everyone’s time.
Know your level of fitness and choose the pace group that is right for you and your riding experience.
