Fitzgerald South Adopt a Crag
About this event
Dates: Saturday, April 8th and 15th
Meeting Time & Location: Meet at 9 AM at the Bayyari Parking Area
Work wraps up around 3 PM
Project: We will work to establish sustainable access to the various walls and climbs throughout the Fitzgerald South area. This new area will have over 50 new climbs.
For all Adopt a Crag events, please keep in mind the following:
- Wear closed-toed shoes. Long sleeves and pants are recommended.
- Bring water, snacks, and extra layers for the elements.
- Be prepared to be challenged, work hard, and gain karma points!
- Work includes lifting and carrying up to 50-100 pounds, walking on unstable terrain, and being exposed to the elements (sun, rain, heat, cold, everything in between and beyond.)
- Although we’ll be outside, if you are feeling ill or have had any recent exposure to Covid please reconsider and stay home to rest up!
