Calling all walkers, runners, bicyclers, skateboarders, etc. The time has come! Registration is now open for this year’s colorectal cancer awareness walk/run!
This year we are bringing a nationally recognized movement to our local community. Cassandra Cares Cancer Foundation has partnered with The Colon Cancer Coalition merging our Paint the City Blue (PTCB) event with their Get Your Rear in Gear (GYRIG) to make 2024’s walk/run bigger and better. The Colon Cancer Coalition is committed to empowering personal change on a national level by bringing understanding, raising awareness, and eliminating fear of colorectal cancer. By pairing an event manager with a local event director, this movement raises awareness and screening rates locally for colorectal cancer.
