The Joe Martin Stage Race is a 4-day, 4-stage professional men’s and women’s cycling race along with a 2-day, 3-stage amateur stage race held in the spring each year in Fayetteville, Arkansas USA
2022 will celebrate the 45th anniversary of the amateur races; the 20th anniversary of the USA Cycling Pro Road Tour (PRT) and 8th year to be on the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) Americas Tour calendar.
The Joe Martin Stage Race is part of both the USAC PRT which is the pro and elite amateur cycling tour of the United States and the UCI Americas Tour. USA Cycling is the national governing body of cycling operating under the United States Olympic Committee. The Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) is the world governing body for the sport of cycling recognized by the International Olympic Committee (IOC).
Over 750 athletes and teams from 27 countries and all 50 states will be attending the race.
There is also a Gran Fondo event that occurs each year for those who would like to experience part of the same courses as the pros, but who do not want to live life on the edge….for their day job!
