All Bodies on Bikes Co-Founder to Speak at Bicycle Advocacy of Central Arkansas Meeting

The Bicycle Advocacy of Central Arkansas (BACA) is excited to announce that Marley Blonsky, co-founder of the popular cycling advocacy organization All Bodies on Bikes, will be the featured speaker at their upcoming January 2024 General Meeting. The meeting will be held on Thursday, January 11, 2024, at 6:30 PM at Whole Hog Café – Cantrell Road, Little Rock.

Blonsky, a renowned fat adventure cyclist, curve model, and advocate, will be speaking on the topic of “Inclusion in Cycling: Why it Matters, and How to Make It Happen.” Her talk will explore the importance of making cycling accessible and inclusive for people of all sizes, abilities, and backgrounds. She will also discuss practical strategies that individuals and organizations can use to create a more welcoming environment for all cyclists.

“We are thrilled to have Marley Blonsky join us for our January meeting,” said Jason Barr, president of BACA. “Her work with All Bodies on Bikes has been instrumental in promoting diversity and inclusion in the cycling community, and we are excited to learn from her expertise.”

Blonsky is a passionate advocate for inclusivity in cycling and believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to experience the joy and freedom of riding a bike. She has spoken at numerous cycling conferences and events, and her work has been featured in media outlets such as The New York Times, BBC, and Outside Magazine.

The Bicycle Advocacy of Central Arkansas is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting safe and accessible cycling for people of all ages and abilities in Central Arkansas. The group works to improve cycling infrastructure, advocate for policies that support cycling, and educate the public about the benefits of cycling.
