The Arkansas River Trail will be closed in North Little Rock from the Main Street Bridge to the Broadway Bridge during the fair. This means it will not be possible to travel between the Clinton Presidential Library Bridge and the Broadway Bridge by bicycle or walking without using the Riverfront Drive. The City of North Little Rock has created a detour to assist those using the trail for transportation or recreation. On the eastern end of the Arkansas River Trail, it is recommended to cross on the protected bike/pedestrian trail on the Broadway Bridge.
