Last fall I attended Rocktoberfest at Dickey-Stephens Ballpark. It was a great night accentuated by a wonderful night time bike ride.
Now that Spring has arrived (and seems to have moved right through to Summer) it’s time again to visit the Ballpark, this time for FoamFest. According to the website:
“The brews will be flowing, the tunes will be jamming and the taste buds will be watering during the 15th Annual Food & Foam Fest Beer Festival. The festival is situated at Dickey Stephens Ballpark in downtown North Little Rock. Food & Foam Fest features entertainment, a silent auction, food sampling, beverage sampling and a host of fun filled activities around the Concourse. Enthusiasts can sample more than 130 different beer and wine selections, while listening to Little Rock’s greatest music.”
Make sure to visit the site to buy tickets. Another lucky evening where I can put together a great evening bike ride, great beer and food, great music and a great location.
If you can’t make it for that you can always use your bike to attend a ballgame. Arkansas Bicycle Club will be leading a ride this coming Monday to a Travelers game.
