The Schedule:
Friday, November 8th:
- 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM: Packet Pick-up and Pre-rides at Cedar Glades Park. Get your race packet and hit the trails for a practice run before the main events.
- Noon: Ouachita Triple Crown start
- 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM: Güdrun Slow Roll Fun Ride. Dust off your Viking gear and join a leisurely ride through downtown Hot Springs, even cruising through the historic Arlington Hotel Lobby! This 4-mile ride is perfect for all skill levels.
Saturday, November 9th:
- 9:00 AM: Güdrun Full Enduro and Mini-Enduro. Calling all expert riders! This 15-18 mile course will test your skills with 6 thrilling downhill stages or conquer a shorter but still challenging 8-mile course with 3 downhill stages. Perfect for experienced riders looking for a fun challenge.
- 10:00 AM: Güdrun Waffles & Coffee Time Trial. Put your speed to the test in this short, 2.2-mile cross-country race on the scenic Waffles & Coffee Trail. Categories are available for all ages and skill levels, including youth, junior, open women, men, and even a one-wheel division!
- 11:00 AM: Time Trial Start.
- 1:00 PM: Güdrun Strider Race (Free!). This fun event is for the youngest riders. They can test their skills on a special course all weekend long, with an official timed race on Saturday afternoon. Registration is on-site.
- 2:30 PM: Güdrun Jump Jam. Get ready for some aerial action! This crowd-pleasing event is open to 25 participants showcasing their best jumps at the Cedar Glades Park Jump Zone.
- Following Jump Jam: Awards ceremony for Enduro races, Time Trial, Strider Race, and Jump Jam.
- 5:00 PM: Güdrun Dual Slalom. Race head-to-head on a thrilling double-lane course, zigzagging down the hillside. Racers will compete in a bracket format, with the fastest cumulative time advancing.
- Following Dual Slalom: Awards ceremony for Dual Slalom.
- 5:00 PM (conditions permitting): Güdrun Bonfire. Enjoy the camaraderie and warmth of a bonfire under the stars (weather dependent).
- 7:45 AM: Attila the Hun XC Race – AMBCS. This legendary race, now in its 32nd year, is the final event of the festival and the Arkansas Mountain Bike Championship Series finale. With 44 categories for all skill levels and bike types, it’s the perfect way to wrap up the weekend on a competitive note.
