Arkansas Outside is NOT the owner or organizer of these events (unless otherwise noted). We aggregate these events into this one place to allow our readers a chance to see what outdoor recreation events are going on around the state. There is no need for FOMO when playing outside.

Northwoods Mullet Trail Run
Pre-Event Packet Pickup
Packets may be picked up at our, Superior Bathhouse Brewery, 329 Central Avenue. Come enjoy the nation’s only craft beer brewed IN a national park WITH water from the famed hot springs around 5pm on Friday, May 10th!
Party In The Back!
Our Beaver Bash “Party In The Back” will feature live music starting at 10:00!
Mullet Run Sponsors
We are open to 2024 sponsorship opportunities now! Sponsors will receive two complimentary race registrations with shirts!
Mullet Run 25k and 10k Routes
Routes are the same as the 2023 race! We will update if any changes are made. Note the date on the attached map is incorrect at this time. The race date is May 11th.
Race Day Packet Pickup
Yes! You can pick up your packet from 6:30 until 7:45 am on race day at registration at Cedar Glades Park!
Cupless Race
In an effort to reduce waste and littering, the Mullet 25k and 10k races will be cupless. This means there will not be paper cups available for runners at any point out on the course. Prepare accordingly and bring a refillable bottle.
Aid Stations
Two opportunities for the 10k. Three aid opportunities for the parched 25k participants.
Awards (aka: Mullet Medals)
Overall Male and Female awards for both the 10k and 25k races. Awards for the best mullets and fullets (fake mullets) is a tradition we can’t wait to continue!
