Bring the entire family out for a fantastic day of running and fun! Challenge yourself with a scenic run/walk from the Railyard Bike Park down to Lake Atalanta and back. The kids will enjoy the Youth run or Toddler Trot…and then stick around for refreshments, character appearances, and our FUN ZONE! It’s guaranteed to be a great time for everyone!! All proceeds support KFHfL’s mission to promote proper hydration and prevent heat illness.

7:00 a.m. – Race Day Packet Pickup & Registration
7:30 a.m. – 5K Start Time
8:00 a.m. – Fun Zone Opens
8:30 a.m. – Awards
8:45 a.m. – Youth Run Program Begins
9:00 a.m. – Toddler Trot
9:10 a.m. – Youth Fun Run

Guaranteed for the first 100 youth registrants and 100 5k registrants.
Awards:
All race finishers will receive a finisher medal.
Awards will be handed out to the overall 1st, 2nd, and 3rd male and female, along with 1st place male and female in each age division.
