Bella Vista, Arkansas is home to some of the best mountain bike trails in the country. The Back 40 Trail System currently supports national events like the OZ Off-Road Ride. A new system called the 11Under Trail System is currently under construction and builders are working to make it even more exciting than the Back 40. At 50 miles in length, with incredible scenery and professional features, the 11Under will be a huge draw to the area. These trails are expected to be completed in the Fall of 2019.
Along with those trails are the Blowing Springs Trails, various hiking only trails throughout the city, and the Razorback Greenway. The Slaughter Pen Trails, Coler Mountain Trails, Hobbs State Park Trails and more are nearby. Of course, they have lakes, golf courses, and other recreation in Bella Vista and nearby. Although the trails are free for visitors to use, other amenities are designed for members. Now there is a way to access all that Bella Vista offers without having to own a home there. The Property Owners Association is making land available for purchase starting at just $200 which allows you to join the POA. They are calling it a Flash Sale and it’s only available for one week, from 9:00 AM on Monday, March 25th to 9:00 PM on Friday, March 29th.
