Gustav

Jackalope

What a bizarre weather year we are having. First this spring we get so much rain in Arkansas that there is fear of the dams overflowing. They go to maximum output causing flooding downstream. Then our own neighborhood gets hit hard by tornadoes within blocks of our house. Now we get the remnants of Gustav. We were without power for a couple of days others are still without. Many of the trees that got missed by the tornadoes went down in the high winds and wet soil from Gustav. The Farmer’s Almanac says that we are going to have a cold, snowy winter. Who knows what we’ll get next, look, it’s raining frogs….gotta’ go!
