Jones Center Bike Festival Gears Up for a Thrilling Weekend of Races and Family Fun

Jones Center Bike Festival Rescheduled Due to Weather Forecast

SPRINGDALE, ARK. (Oct. 31, 2024) – With rain and thunderstorms in the forecast for Saturday and Sunday, the Jones Center Bike Festival races are being moved to Saturday, Nov. 9.

The bike festival will still be held at Runway Bike Park at the Jones Center, but the following changes are in effect:

  • The OZ Kids™ Fat Tire Crit race is rescheduled for Nov. 9 at 10 a.m.
  • The Pump Track Championship Presented by Hyper Bicycles is rescheduled for Nov. 9 at noon.
  • The Adventure Ozark OZ Kids™ Edition is canceled due to prior commitments at the Jones Center pool and ice rink.

Any rider who is unable to participate Nov. 9, and registrants in the Adventure Ozark OZ Kids™ Edition, will receive a full refund of their entry fee. Registrants should contact Jeff Poole, Director of Community Programs, at jpoole@thejonescenter.org for a refund.

FREE BBQ EVENT
The Jones Center Bike Festival BBQ event will take place as planned Friday, Nov. 1. This free event for the community will be held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Runway Bike Park with free food, race-packet pickup and bike giveaways for kids!

Registration is still open for the OZ Kids™ Fat Tire Crit and Pump Track Championship Presented by Hyper Bicycles. Jones Center members get 20% off.
