The 2024 Life Time Little Sugar MTB brought together 1,000 cyclists from 46 states and 7 countries this weekend to tackle the world-class mountain bike trails of Northwest Arkansas. Participants competed across three distances—20K, 50K, and 100K—during Sunday’s event, testing their endurance and skill on the challenging terrain.

The point-to-point races kicked off Sunday morning in Coler, with riders heading north into Bella Vista. The course navigated the hollers and ravines of the Little Sugar and Back 40 trail systems, offering competitors stunning views of the region’s bluff lines, caves, and waterfalls before concluding at the finish line in downtown Bentonville. The celebration continued at The HUB with the Little Sugar Finish Party, featuring food trucks, drinks, a live DJ, and an awards ceremony to honor the day’s achievements.

Now in just its second year, the Life Time Little Sugar MTB has already earned a reputation within the mountain biking community, drawing in both age-group and professional cyclists. This year’s 100K race featured a $65,000 prize purse, split among the top five male and female finishers, thanks to support from OZ Trails and Life Time.
