Mojo Bike Shop’s Bentonville storefront has long been a hub for the local cycling community.

Bentonville, AR – After more than a decade of shaping Bentonville’s cycling culture, Mojo Bike Shop has officially been sold to Holly and Randall Anzalone. Former owner David Neal, who acquired the shop in the early 2010s, helped grow Mojo alongside Bentonville’s rise as a nationally recognized cycling destination. Under Neal’s leadership, Mojo became more than just a retail space – it evolved into a welcoming hub for riders of all backgrounds, from first-timers and visitors to seasoned racers. Neal championed an inclusive riding culture, supporting local trail development and encouraging community involvement so that bikes became tools for connection, confidence, and joy. When it came time for Neal to step away, he was very intentional about who would carry Mojo forward. “The decision wasn’t about selling a business,” said Neal. “It was about finding the right people. The Anzalone family shares the same passion for cycling and the same people-first values that Mojo was built on.”

Holly and Randall Anzalone bring deep roots in cycling culture to Mojo, with strong ties to youth development, racing, and grassroots riding communities. They share Mojo’s long-standing goal of getting more people on bikes and using cycling to create positive change. “We see Mojo as something to care for, not reinvent,” said Holly. “Our focus is honoring what’s been built and ensuring Mojo remains a place where everyone feels welcome on a bike.” This transition also marks a milestone: Mojo becomes a woman-owned bike shop in Arkansas  with Holly at the helm. It’s a point of pride that reflects the shop’s ongoing commitment to inclusion and representation in cycling. The shop will continue operating under the same name, with the same team and community-driven spirit that local riders have trusted for years. As Bentonville continues to grow as an outdoor recreation destination, Mojo remains a constant, built on heart, hard work, and the belief that bikes can change lives.

  1. My wife Jennifer Van Eps is an owner operator at our bike shop in Bentonville- Trackstand Cyclery and Tavern. Her contributions to the shop and the local cycling community are priceless and we couldn’t operate without her. She was also a founder and owner of Bentonville Bicycle Company from 2020-2022. It would be nice to see a formal correction to this article as many may have already read it and will not go back.
    Thank you,

      1. The edit was atrocious. I didn’t see original but i can tell the flow is weird and you removed what two words and changed another right

  2. There is a huge segment of the senior population who are riding adult tricycles (many of them electric) these days, as they can no longer ride a two-wheeled bicycle due to disabilities. It would be nice to find a shop that would cater to this set, provide trikes to try out, sell them in various price ranges, especially those who cannot afford high-priced trikes, and staff trained to repair them.
