Want to get in an early ride before the IMBA World Summit? Maybe one last one before you head for home. Can’t make it to the rest of the summit but would like to be involved? Arkansas State Parks and the Ozark Off-Road Cyclists (OORC, a 20-year-old trail advocacy group and the first IMBA chapter in the region) have you covered.
These rides are free to enjoy (shuttles and bike rental are available through our partners at Ozark Spokes and Floats and Phat Tire Bikes for a fee). Locals can show up at the trailheads at the designated times for the free ride. OORC members will be leading these rides from the trailheads.
Arkansas State Parks – We’ve been involved in mountain biking since the 1980’s, we have 23 mountain bike trails in 12 state parks with more in the planning. Four races in the Arkansas Mountain Bike Championship Series take place in Arkansas state parks including both of the parks listed above. We welcome you to come ride Arkansas State Park Trails.
