Last month I wrote an article for Arkansas Abroad about how The Natural State is beginning to be known as a destination spot not only for biking (road and mountain) but also for the distribution and purchasing of bicycles and parts. I also wrote an article on this blog about a new local bike shop in Little Rock.
Well now it seems that Competitive Cyclist in North Little Rock has bought it’s first actual bike brand, Merlin. Although for now the bikes won’t be manufactured here it is still a move for Arkansas into the world cycling market. A good story is available in Arkansas Business today. This is such a cool place!
