WOKA Trails in Siloam Springs to Celebrate Grand Opening – Postponed

UPDATE! The Grand Opening of the WOKA Trail System has been postponed due to weather-related issues. No date is currently set. 

Northwest Arkansas, May 13, 2024 – Trailblazers, in partnership with the City of Siloam Springs, Northwest Arkansas Land Trust, CEI Engineering, Rock Solid Trail Contracting, and Crossland Construction, announce the Grand Opening Celebration of the WOKA Trail System on May 17th at 4 pm.

Discover these picturesque trails, located among the trees just south of Siloam Springs. The trails include a paved greenway and around 14 miles of soft-surface mountain biking trails, linking AR Hwy 59 to the new WOKA Whitewater Park. Join us for the grand opening celebration and explore the trails on your own, or take part in one of the group rides organized by Phat Tire Bike Shop and Borderline OORC. The celebration will take place on the greenway just northwest of the parking lot off AR Hwy 59.

WOKA Whitewater Park, which stands for Waters of Oklahoma and Arkansas, is an outdoor adventure destination situated in Watts, Oklahoma, near Siloam Springs, Arkansas. The park is the result of a collaboration between the Grand River Dam Authority and the City of Siloam Springs, supported by the Walton Family Foundation. It offers whitewater experiences, waterfront amenities, and walking/mountain biking trails.
