Fee Increases at Nimrod and Blue Mountain Lakes

Starting January 1, 2025, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nimrod-Blue Mountain Project Office will implement increased recreation fees for facilities at Lake Nimrod and Blue Mountain Lake. Nightly rates for 30-amp electric campsites will rise to $22, while 50-amp electric campsites will cost $24 per night. Group shelter rentals will see a bump to $60 per day.

The decision follows a recreation comparability study that evaluated fees across federal, state, and private recreation providers within a 60-mile radius. Officials determined the increases were necessary to maintain price consistency with nearby facilities and support ongoing operations.
